Sonicdue provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate videos from text scripts, images, and audio inputs using third-party artificial intelligence models.

2. User Accounts

• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. AI & Content Policy

• Responsibility for Inputs: You are solely responsible for all text, images, and audio you upload ("User Input"). You must have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
• Responsibility for Outputs: You are responsible for your use of the generated videos ("Output"). You must review all Output for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws before using or sharing it.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the AI will generate content that meets your specific expectations or requirements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Rights: Subject to these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, you own the intellectual property rights to the Output generated by the Service for your specific inputs.

Our Rights: Sonicdue retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its code, interface, and underlying technology.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content or "deepfakes" of real individuals without their explicit permission.
• Infringes upon the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or damage the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sonicdue, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

8. Third-Party Services & YouTube

Our Service allows you to upload content to YouTube using YouTube API Services. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
